Well, the need for Business Valuation Services extends beyond business owners contemplating a sale.
Since a comprehensive business valuation objectively analyzes all factors affecting company performance and growth potential, many small business owners use the business valuation report as a starting point in their strategic planning, while other clients utilize the business valuation report to measure the Company’s performance on key metrics, while still others need a business valuation for legal or tax reasons.
Several common examples of why small business owners need a business valuation are the following:
• Estate, gift and trust planning, since a value must be placed on all assets, including the business, to determine the proper estate or gift taxes
